What we don't take

Items we cannot collect

  1. 01We do not collect hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, paints or clinical waste, which requires specialist handling we don't offer.
  2. 02We do not take on commercial skip hire or trade waste contracts, as we are focused solely on household collections.
  3. 03We do not accept waste that is leaking or liquids in unsealed containers, as they present a risk to our crew and the environment.
  4. 04We do not collect bins that contain recyclable materials when we're asked to dispose of them as general waste, as we separate at the depot.
